For instance, it is a transmission that generates the reciprocating motion of the reducer through the rotation of the electric motor, and the plunger moves reciprocally between the two ends of the pump cylinder. The diaphragm alternately bends to both sides in the hydraulic oil, thus completing the suction and discharge during the working process.
In fact, the diaphragm pump head is a conveying component, which is composed of several parts such as the cab, the hydraulic chamber and the hydraulic oil tank. It is the interaction among these parts. Among them, the control center and the contact measurement flow experience to a certain extent, the diaphragm will be separated from the hydraulic chamber and the hydraulic press. The oil valve plunger and the double-acting built-in oil replenishment valve separate the hydraulic chamber from the hydraulic oil tank. The double-acting hydraulic valve is composed of an exhaust valve and a pressure reducing valve. The main function of the exhaust valve is to eliminate the gas in the hydraulic chamber and prevent measurement errors, thereby separating the hydraulic chamber from the hydraulic oil tank. Its main function is to protect the pressure relief valve of the pump to prevent overpressure from occurring.
After the suction stroke is completed, the diaphragm presses down the control push rod and pushes it to the rear dead center. At this point, the liquid filling valve is connected to the hydraulic chamber. If the vacuum formed in the hydraulic chamber reaches the set value, open the oil filling valve for mechanical oil filling. Hydraulic oil is transported from the oil tank to the hydraulic chamber to balance the oil sealed by the exhaust valve and the plunger and discharged into the oil tank.
