Electromagnetic metering pump KX series

  The KX series electromagnetic metering pump is a diaphragm type metering pump controlled by a microprocessor, featuring short stroke and electromagnetic drive. The VKV series metering pumps have been highly praised by users for their excellent performance and superior cost-effectiveness over the years. Due to the excellent chemical corrosion resistance of the pump head material, it can measure almost all chemical liquids in various process procedures.

 

The manual adjustment of the metering frequency throughout the series is divided into three types: 0-100/0-150/0-200/0-360

External passive contact signal control and four fixed frequencies available: 0-100/0-150/0-200/0-360

External analog 4-20mA current signal control and four fixed frequencies available: 100-150-200/0-360

Liquid level protection self-locking: When the system is connected to the liquid level gauge of the medicine tank, the metering pump can automatically stop working according to the liquid level alarm signal to avoid idling.

1. The above parameters are tested values using clean water at normal temperature and zero pressure. Special pressure can be customized. This series does not support hard pipe connections.

2. 4-20mA signal input and RS485 are available for selection (pulse signals can be customized).

3. Model Explanation: The AK series represents the standard configuration, and the AK(A) series features a manual 4-20mA signal output.
