The structure and working principle of the metering pump: The metering pump is composed of three parts: the transmission base component, the pump head component, and the motor. The transmission base component is driven by a motor to rotate the worm gear, and the power is transmitted to the N-shaped shaft through the worm wheel and the lower sleeve. The N-shaped shaft and the eccentric block drive the crank connecting rod mechanism and the crosshead, driving the plunger to perform reciprocating motion. The stroke of the plunger is adjusted by regulating the rotational eccentricity through the N-shaped shaft and the stroke adjustment mechanism, thereby adjusting the flow rate. As the plunger moves back and forth in the liquid cylinder, the suction and discharge valve groups alternately open and close, and the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged from the hydraulic end. During the suction stroke of the pump, a negative pressure is formed in the liquid chamber of the pump head, causing the suction valve to open and the liquid to flow into the cylinder chamber. During the discharge stroke, the movement of the plunger increases the pressure on the liquid, causing the discharge valve to open and discharge the liquid.
The working principle of a metering pump: A metering pump mainly consists of three parts: power drive, fluid transportation and regulation control. The power drive device drives the fluid conveying diaphragm to achieve reciprocating motion through the mechanical connecting rod system.
