A. Short-circuit correction
ORP host short-circuit correction: In the absence of ORP[MV] standard solution: Short-circuit the ORP host [GLASS&REF] to 0mv with a short-circuit wire.
2. Press [CAL key] and the Display screen will show [0/220mV]. Press [up key, down key], set Display show=[0mV], and press [CAL key]Display show=Wait for automatic correction.
PS: Display show=E-1 indicates the ORP host ZERO offset. Replace the host.
B. ORP[MV] standard solution correction [220mV] :
1. Clean the ORP electrode with clean water and immerse it in the ORP[220mV] standard solution.
2. Press [CAL key] and the Display screen will show [0/220mV]. Press [up key, down key], set Display show=[220mv], and press [CAL key]Display show=Wait for automatic correction.
3. Clean the ORP electrode with clean water and then immerse it in the solution to be tested.
PS: Display show=E-1 indicates the ORP sensor ZERO offset. Replace the ORP sensor.
